A distinguished State Farm Agent with three established offices and a team of over 25 professionals is actively seeking a dedicated individual to join our ranks in the role of Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member. Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent, accurate, and personalized customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, policy amendments, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-centric approach to guide and educate clients about insurance choices.
  • Collaborate with the agent and team to achieve set operational and marketing objectives.
  • Generate leads, manage appointments, and identify client needs, with a heavier focus on administrative tasks and client service than sales.

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in roles that required strong organizational and task management skills is desired.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for the benefits and reassurance that insurance and financial products provide.
  • A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational capabilities, and a task-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated commitment to top-tier customer service.
  • Experience in marketing is beneficial but not paramount
  • Bilingual proficiency, with a particular preference for Spanish speakers.
  • Current Property and Casualty license.
  • Ability or commitment to secure a Life and Health license.
  • An associate's degree or higher is a plus.

Compensation $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
